Secure During and after the checkout process your credit card details are
encrypted, once you reach the screen where you enter your details you are
on our secure server, after your order is placed your credit card details
are then encrypted again to prevent anyone accessing them. When we take
payment we do not charge debit/credit cards until the order is ready to be
shipped. All orders that are placed will only be charged when the goods are
ready to be dispatched. Your order will only be processed once
authorisation of your credit /debit card has been properly received. Prices
changes
All of our prices and delivery times are displayed in real time,
therefore whenever there is a price change the new information is
immediately reflected on our website. Our system has been written in this
way so that we can provide you with the correct information prior to you
purchasing.
Delivery times
For multiple item orders that you place with us, the items will be
dispatched together. If you are in need of an item before the others that
maybe only available on a 3-5 Day, you should separate the order.
Please note that the WorldTribal.com next day delivery system is only
available on orders made before 13:00 hours Mon-Thurs.
If an order is placed on a Friday before 13:00hours on a next day service
you can expect to receive the goods on Monday. If you require a Saturday
delivery please select this in your delivery options.
If an order is placed over a weekend on a next day service, you can
expect to receive it the following Tuesday, if you place it on a 3-5 day
service then you can expect to receive it before Thursday.
Unfortunately we cannot specify a timed delivery. However you may
contact the couriers once the order has been dispatched and ask them for an
approximate delivery time, but there are no guarantees. In our experience
deliveries are usually made in the morning (before 1pm).
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU ARE NOT IN?
If no one is home to accept your order then you will be left a calling card and the goods will be returned to your local depot.
*** YOUR LOCAL FedEx DEPOT/BRANCH WILL NEED YOU TO CALL THEM TO ARRANGE A FREE RE-DELIVERY ***(info will be on the card left through your door to do this)
Alternatively, you may contact the couriers to arrange a suitable collection of the order from the local depot. Please confirm this with the courier first, identification will be required on request. *** The couriers will hold goods in the depot for up to five days before returning the goods back to us. ***
If a further delivery is required or a change of delivery address (i.e. after the second attempt) a redelivery charge of £6.50 will be charged to your card.
Signing for Goods
If you are unable to check the contents of the package at time of
delivery please sign for the goods as “unchecked”. Failure to do so may
affect any warranty claims you make thereafter.
If your order is received damaged or you have items missing, this must
be reported via e-mail to customerservices@WorldTribal.com as soon as
possible and we will be happy to solve any issues.
