For all World Tribal products – We are so confident in our instruments that if you are unhappy with your purchase then you can send the item/s back to us within 30 days of you receiving your order, for an exchange or full refund (excluding P+P)
We only ask a few things;
* The items are sent back in their original packaging and box
* With all instructional material
* Mark the box clearly with your Order Number and our RETURNS address
* The items must not be played or damaged in any way (if not an appropriate charge will be incurred)
* The request to return the item must be made to customerservices@WorldTribal.com 72hrs after delivery has been taken quoting your Order Number
* We strongly advise that all goods be returned via a recorded method of delivery (i.e. Royal Mail signed for, Royal Mail Special Delivery or via a courier) and that you get a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from your Post Office or carrier. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post. World Tribal will not be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us and you will be billed for lost items.
We will then give you a full refund;

Warranty Policy
90-day Warranty
WorldTribal.com provides a 90-day warranty on all World Tribal and Fearless Rhythm products purchased on the website. Unless specified elsewhere, all warranties cover product quality and craftsmanship only and do not cover abuse, neglect, and damages caused by any person or incident once delivered.
If you need to return an item to us under our 90-day Warranty Policy then please email us at customerservices@WorldTribal.com to received your authorisation number and shipping details. All Shipping costs under the 90-day Warranty Policy are paid for by the Customer. We advise you to send the item back via a recorded method.
Post-Warranty Support
We want you to be happy with your product long after the 90-Day Warranty has expired. We are drummers, and we are consumers just like you, and expect to be dealt with fairly in all respects. This is why we want to make ourselves available to you for any drum needs you may have. Contact us anytime with questions or for recommendations. We have a discounted repair services available for World Tribal customers. Whatever the need, you can count on us to make every effort to be of assistance.
Note on Splits: Because wood is a hygroscopic material it will readily take up and release water, depending on its environment and therefore expand and contract. This absorption and release of water does not occur uniformly, which may cause the wood to warp, split, or honeycomb. Although we take precautions to prevent this (drying the wood before and oiling the wood after carving, there is no guarantee in avoiding this. Your drum may develop small vertical splits or cracks on the surface of the base, neck, or belly. These are only cosmetic and have effect on the sound or durability quality, and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Quality Guarantee
The WorldTribal.com Quality Guarantee is set out so you the customer know you will get an exceptionally high quality product. We will only send your drum if it passes our quality guarantee inspection and testing.
Quality Guarantee Guidelines;
Rope = 1 piece continuous rope, no splices, high tension.
Skin = no patch repairs, no micro tears, even uniform thickness.
Wood = no wood splits or cracks on the body, no wood rot on base, no coarse internal shell carving.
Damage = no dents or marks on the drum from container shipping.
Sound = individual testing - we won't send it if it doesn't sound good.
Non-returnables
Consumables like Sticks and beaters, Incense items, and DVD's are not returnable if the factory seal has been broken. Protective drum bags, unless faulty, will be fully refunded excluding the shipping costs, when ordered seperately.
